The Stud or Decoking Pig removes even the hardest of coke and encrustations from pipes, making it a great choice for pipeline cleaning. By scraping or breaking the coke layers loose, the tungsten steel studs create a low pressure / high pressure turbulence in the water flowing around the pig. With this action, loosened deposits are flushed from the cleaning studs ahead of the pig. Standard Heavy density foam is 8-10 lbs/ft3 / (128-160 Kg/M³)
